I saw this on the rail and knew immediately it was destined for me. Its expensive for a top - actually I think its the most expensive top I've ever bought - and I did walk away a few times but once I tried it that was it, I was smitten. Rather than torturing myself any further I bought it.

This is a lovely top. The cut is generous and very flattering - it both skims the body and gives shape and form, so you're not lost under a tent of cloth. The fabric is very good quality, being at the same time light and flowing and quite substantial.

It was the colours that first drew me in - the photographs really don't do justice to them. I think if you're a bit afraid of colour this is a good place to start, as its not overwhelming and gives you a lot of options... and if you like colour this is great because it goes with everything.

I wasn't sure about the sleeves at first and was put off by them, thinking they were a bit fussy, but once I tried it on I found the way you can wear the elasticated cuff at the wrist so the sleeve forms a lovely bell shape - they don't seem to show this in the photographs here. If that had been described to me before I tried it I would have thought "not for me, thank you" but its a fluid and flattering silhouette that adds interest and doesn't get in the way when you're going about everyday tasks.
